Sue Padernacht
President & Lead Consultant
Corporate Experience
Since 1983, Sue has been a consultant, coach, facilitator, educator and trainer working with executives and their teams to "develop the people that drive business success." A native of New York City, Sue spent the early 1980s at Columbia University Teachers College completing her Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology, and the mid-late 1980s honing her ability to enable clients to adjust to the transformations taking place in the financial services industry. Sue relocated to Los Angeles in 1989 and spent the next 10 years advancing her career in progressively higher positions of leadership and responsibility.

Harry Eggleton is a seasoned organizational effectiveness consultant with 25+ years of experience in the field of organizational effectiveness, specializing in:

Harry is the former director of Training and Development/Organizational Effectiveness for Bank of America/Security Pacific Corporation and has been an external consultant since 1994. As a dynamic presenter/facilitator, the American Society for Training and Development has honored Harry for his presentation abilities and contributions to the field with their highest accolade: Lifetime Achievement Award. Jeanne Hartley has been an organization development / training and development practitioner for over 25 years. She has worked in manufacturing; service and non-profit environments helping line managers improve individual, team and organizational performance.
Jeanne's organizational experience includes conducting climate assessments, and recommending and implementing solutions to discovered problems. She has lead design and delivery teams for leadership development programs, management feedback and assessment, team building, and group facilitation. In her work, Jeanne also serves as a management development coach for individual leaders. She has facilitated strategic change management efforts, team development, and performance improvement efforts.
Jeanne is also an experienced and talented training and development specialist. Her work includes assessing organizational and individual training needs designing, developing and delivering performance based training programs. Jeanne teaches and coaches other trainers through her train-the-trainer course.

Brad Killaly is a seasoned expert in the areas of strategic thinking and decision-making, health care management, policy and strategy, and leadership, with an emphasis on the ethical dimensions of leadership. His corporate clients have included: Beckman Coulter, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Connexant Systems, Ingram Micro, Pelican Products and Skywork Solutions.
Brad holds a PhD in business administration (corporate strategy and international business) from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan; a Master of Public Affairs (international affairs) from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University; an MSc in economics and international political economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science; and a BA (Honors) in economics from Queen's University at Kingston, Ontario, Canada. After completing his MPA and prior to his doctoral studies, Brad worked for four years in corporate banking for the Royal Bank of Canada.
Brad joined the Goizueta Business School faculty at Emory University in 2008. He taught at the University of California, Irvine for eight years and has held the position of Associate Fellow at the Said Business School, University of Oxford, Oxford, UK since 2006. His research interests include the US health care industry and access to care, with particular emphasis on end-of-life and palliative care, as well as the effects of competition on access and quality of care. He also researches the influence of competitor market entries on the strategy making and market position of companies in the international telecommunication service industry.
