Dr. Sue Padernacht to Moderate Panel with Industry Leaders at Inaugural USC OCL Alumni Impact Summit

Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Sue Padernacht EdD, PCC will serve as a panel moderator in partnership with distinguished industry leaders at the Inaugural USC OCL Alumni Impact Summit, hosted by the University of Southern California's Organizational Change and Leadership (OCL).
The three-day event will take place in Downtown Los Angeles from March 1, 2026 through March 3, 2026. The summit will bring together USC alumni and industry leaders for inspiring talks, panel discussions, and networking focused on creating positive community impact.
As a panel moderator, Dr. Padernacht will guide discussions that highlight impactful ideas, real-world experiences, and actionable strategies for driving change within local and global communities. Her role reflects her ongoing commitment to leadership, mentorship, and advancing conversations that inspire purposeful action.
