Dr. Sue Padernacht at USC Rossier OCL Impact Summit 2026

Dr. Sue Padernacht, EdD, PCC, served as a panel moderator at the inaugural USC Rossier Organizational Change and Leadership (OCL) Alumni Impact Summit, held in Los Angeles from March 1 to 3. The event brought together more than 60 OCL graduates to reconnect, share insights, and build on the foundation established through the program.
